"Everybody's sworn favorite" was late, but still worth 100%

First the bad. Tickets said doors open at 7, event starts at 8. Kevin was supposed to come on around 9ish and that didn't happen until about 11pm and after hours of being told "he on his way." After Toosii, the stalling for Gates got pretty annoying considering it was 2 hours of just random people rapping over other songs, but at last Kevin turned up. There's not too much to say here besides that Gates is an amazing performer, different from any other rapper on stage. He interacts with the audience a lot and speaks on some real shit in between songs, and he sang a couple songs acapella with just a piano in the background which sounded sick. The main tracklist was typical Gates "hits," with a few songs from the new album at the very end of the show and even some unreleased stuff.
